The plain rules for using AdvisorIQ.

AdvisorIQ is operated by AdvisorIQ LLC ("we"). By using advisoriq.com you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. AdvisorIQ is free for advisors and is meant for professional use by financial advisors and the firms they work with.
Give accurate details, including your CRD number if you enter one. An account is for one person. We sign you in with a link sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure. We may suspend an account that is used to misuse the site.
CE requirements on AdvisorIQ are summaries. They are not official. Your designation body or state regulator has the final word on what you owe, what counts and when it is due. We link each rule to its source and show when we last checked it, but rules change and we can be wrong. See the CE requirement guides.
You are responsible for meeting your own CE requirements and for any reporting your body or regulator expects from you. The CE tracker is a record-keeping aid. Credit for an AdvisorIQ session is offered only where the body has approved the program.
Nothing on AdvisorIQ is investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or use any product. Webinars, replays and articles are education. Presenters' views are their own. Sponsored sessions name their sponsor.
Sessions, replays, articles and the rest of the site belong to us or to the people who made them. You may use them for your own professional education. Do not copy, resell or republish them without permission.
Certificates and other files you upload stay yours. You let us store and process them to provide the CE tracker, including reading them with an AI model as described in our privacy policy.
Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl, index and cite the site. Do not scrape or bulk-download it, including compiling lists of firms or their figures from the RIA directory, interfere with its operation, try to reach data that is not yours, or use it to send spam or misleading information.
AdvisorIQ links to other sites, including designation bodies, regulators, event organizers and ETFIQ. We are not responsible for their content.
AdvisorIQ is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on CE summaries or other content on the site.
