License: free to use with attribution
As of Oct 6, 2026, everything AdvisorIQ writes and computes is free to quote, reuse and republish, including commercially, as long as you credit AdvisorIQ and link to the page you took it from.
What you may do
Quote any requirement summary, table, deadline or sentence AdvisorIQ wrote. Republish it, in print or online. Use it in a product you sell. Train on it. Feed it to a model and answer a question with it. Take the whole file: the data behind the CE pages and the calendar is at Open data, and a page that publishes a machine-readable twin has it at the same address with index.json or index.md on the end.
What attribution means
Name AdvisorIQ, give the date the figure was checked, and link to the page. Each page's twin carries the exact line to use, so you never have to write one. CE rules and deadlines change, so the date is the part that matters most: a requirement quoted without one stops being true, and the attribution then points at us.
What you may not do
Do not present AdvisorIQ's work as your own. Do not say or imply that AdvisorIQ, a designation body or a regulator endorses you, your product or your firm. Do not present a summary as the rule itself: the designation body or state regulator that sets a requirement has the final word.
The RIA directory
Quote and cite anything in the RIA directory: a firm's assets, accounts, clients, growth, its rank, or a whole ranking, with attribution, in an article, a report, a product or an AI answer. What is not licensed is the directory itself: do not copy it, scrape it, or extract lists of firms and their figures from it. The firm data comes from Form ADV filings with the SEC and state regulators; AdvisorIQ's compilation, rankings and computed figures are what this page licenses for citation.
What this license does not cover
The rules themselves, and the short passages AdvisorIQ quotes from them, belong to the designation bodies and regulators that publish them and stay under their terms. Designation names and marks belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the requirements described. Webinar recordings, slides and presenters' materials belong to their presenters and sponsors. This license covers what AdvisorIQ computed and wrote.
It will not be withdrawn retroactively
If these terms ever change, anything already published under them stays under them. A permission that can be revoked for work already done is not one anybody can rely on.
